Do you allow returns?
No. Because we sell used, old, vintage, and antique one-of-a-kind items, we try to describe everything in great detail, with great photos, so if you are not sure you want it, please don't purchase it. If you have questions, please ask before purchasing. If you feel the item is completely different or not as described, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.
How do I see what you have for sale?
At the bottom of each item page, you will see a link on the right called "View All Products", which will take you to a list of everything we have for sale.
Also you can filter the results by clicking on "advanced search" at the top of the page.
OR Click the "Categories" link at the top of each page to see our listings by category.
At the bottom of each page there are also different links within our eCrater store.
How does combined shipping work?
If you purchase more than one item from us, please contact us using the "ask seller a question" link on each item page before paying and we will send you an updated invoice with recalculated shipping charges.
